Shipping information:

We ship mainly with UPS but also offer USPS. Shipping costs depends on the weight of your order and where it's going. If you are shopping online, our online shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping for you. If you are ordering via mail or fax, we will contact you when we recieve your order and let you know what the shipping cost will be, then if you accept the charge we will process your order, or if you'd like you can cancel your order at that time. You will be emailed when your ordered is shipped and when it has been delivered. Every order we ship will have a tracking number, that will also be included in the email you recieve. 

We offer UPS ground (see the chart below for transit times), UPS 3 day select (3 days)  and USPS priority mail (2-3 days). UPS serivces are guaranteed, if your order arrives later than it was scheduled to, please contact us, so we can look into it and possibly refund your full shipping costs. We cannot guarantee any USPS services.

Orders may take up to 7-10 days for processing before being shipped.

Every USPS package we send out will have delivery confirmation (DC) service, DC is not a tracking number it's simply to prove that the package was delivered. You can enter your tracking number at www.usps.com.
